List Member Snapshot

Another new feature that would become possible after we make some system upgrades is an expanded list member page that shows much more list member information than previously. When viewing a list member’s record you would be able to see all of their standard and custom fields as well as system fields like Created Date, Last Modified Date, Last Mailed Date and current Status (accepts emails, no postcard, etc.) based on the completeness of the information for that list member.

The upgrades we’re performing have the potential to allow showing all the lists on which this list member appears with a simple tool to add and remove them from any and all lists. The upgrades essentially make it possible to show more of your data from a list member’s perspective such as all emails they’ve received, postcards you’ve sent to them or surveys they’ve taken, along with their responses.
