VerticalResponse Marketing Lounge

I'm using VR to generate an internal newsletter for our employees. Since I uploaded the e-mail addresses to my list, the subject line for the e-newsletters begins with a [BULK] indicator. Is there a way to make this go away? Is it a firewall/spam filter setting our IT folks could change?

I understand this label would not be present if each employee opted in to receive the newsletter, but that is not practical. Since we "own" these e-mail addresses (on the company network) is there a way to do this for the entire list?

Hi Scott,

Great question. The best thing to do in this situation is to have your IT staff whitelist the from address you will be sending the mail from each time.

It will be: _____________@mail.vresp.com

Let me know if that helps!

Thanks. I don't know what a "whitelist" is, but I'm sure our IT folks will. I assumed there would be some way to mass-label a domain as "not spam" or "not bulk."

Great use of social media, btw.
