Why, when I copy and paste html code from last month's newsletter (posted on our Web site) to the one I'm working on now, does the code behave differently?

Suddenly, white bars (rows) are appearing across my column, even though I have copied all of the preceding code.

Steve,
If you going to use the same basic template and just changing information for the new newsletter it is easy to go to "actions" on the sent newsletter and hit "copy". It will take you to a new page were you can change the newsletter name and edit. I know this is not the answer you are looking for but maybe it will help.

Steve, I suspect you have already solved this problem, however, since I discovered your question while researching the communications position you have listed for CLF, I figured I'd check in. Cutting and pasting can be treacherous. Guess my first question would be where/how did you get your source code to copy? Second might be, are there tables within tables in the original document? Hi Hank. Source code was created in VerticalResponse, then pasted into Dreamweaver (with some minor changes) for our Web site. I wanted to preserve those changes, so grabbed the code from Dreamweaver and pasted it into a new VR email. I'd appreciate any suggestions.

Steve, send me the link to the page you wanted to have copied and I will see if I can discover the problem.
