Evite replacement?

Surely there's a way within VR to do the evite thing (accept rsvp's) without using the free evite app?

What we do is set up a temporary email address (for example, "party@company.com" and embed a mail to link in the message. We then ask people to reply by clicking the link.

so do they have to actually type in a reply? I like where Evite just gives them a yes or no to click. I even thought about making it a one-question survey in VR . . .
