Getting lists to build

Does anyone know were to get lists for "Free". I'm working from a low budget and trying to build some cash flow. Later I will purchase list after cash flow comes in.

Great question -- the short answer is if you purchase lists, or "borrow" someone else's lists, you can't use VR to mail to those lists. Here are a couple previous discussion threads with more details:
