Increasing Website Sales

I have had a gift shop for twenty years, and I am ready to close the doors and concentrate on working totally online. I have a website and an Ebay Store, and I need to do increase sales on both in order to be able to afford closing my shop.

I am sure there are many of you who might possibly have some suggestions for me, and I would greatly appreciate your input.
