Opt-In Form on Wordpress.com

I have a website hosted on wordpress.com. I am looking for a way to create an opt-in page that will work. Currenlty, wordpress.com does not allow forms on their pages for security reasons.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, Thanks Judd. This widget is for wordpress users who host their own site. If the site is hosted by wordpress at wordpress.com then the widget won't work.

I need something similar to the typepad option that is available on the opt-in form publish page.
