I know that when you send a VR email integrated with salesforce.com, that it generates a new activity in each lead/contact that received the email and that you use the VR email reports in salesforce.com to track responses across the leads and contacts. Is there any integration with salesforce.com campaigns? Can I create a salesforce.com campaign and tie it into the VR email in salesforce.com? Or is the only way to track that VR email through the VR email reports in salesforce.com. (excluding the data on the VR email statistics tab).
Don't know if you got a response to this yet. Yes ,this works. If you still need an answer LMK and I can walk you through it, bu basically create your VR list from a SF campaign and make sure you include the right options (send, opened, clicked,etc) in the SF campaign member status field and you should be covered.
