Does bounce mean someones email address no longer works? Also can I find out which of the people on my list unsubscribed so I can update my records & dont send them any emails form my own computer? Also who bounced?
I woundn't say that "bounce" strictly means the email address no longer works...it would mean that at the point you sent the email their email address was unable to receive for whatever reason. Although, I believe most of the time I would consider the email address to be invalid.
You can find the bounce and unsubscribe by click on your list and under Search click "Advanced"...this wiil give you the option to choose bounce or unsubscribed and by clicking on either will show you the list of those who have bounced or unsubscribed.
Shouldn't "bounces" plus unsubscribes plus non-responders plus opens equal the total email in the campaign? Also, when selecting the list to be used for an email I am getting a report that there are duplicates which I can not find in those lists. What does the system consider a duplicate. How do I download the "duplicates" group.
