Thanks Jeff,

That is a great tip! I do that often, taking a break helps give you perspective and also fresh eyes!

Not sure if this is a forum to exchange tips of our own, but here's one: Take a break. Whenever I write for a period of time, and take a break, I'm amazed--not in a good way--at some of the ideas/words that made it onto the Word document. It's hard to believe that a five-minute break can give you a fresh outlook on your topic, but it does.

Some questions came up about good Subject Lines and what good Open Rates. Here are some resources for industry comparisons. It’s important to always compare your own performance data internally before comparing yourself to others and when comparing to others make sure you do so in the same industry.

Was this webcast recorded for us to watch again?

I concur. Thanks for your presentation today.

To all out there: Is there any value in having a repeated block that is in each email sent out (such as "we are member-driven, contribute now"), at the bottom, or will that just get ignored over time by the reader?
