Did You Know?
Think you don't have enough time to create and send email campaigns? Did you know you can create and send an email campaign, then go into your sent campaign and create a copy of it to use as a template and simply update your content and images? It's quick, easy and smart!

Hi Ce,
You can do both of the things you mention below: personalization and using an existing email as a template and just add new copy.

To learn how to personalize your email using information on your list, check out our short tutorial in our How To Do Everything pages under email here.

If you would rather read a text version you may click here.

And, to learn how to use a sent email as a template just click here.

I hope that is all very helpful and gets you started. I would recommend signing up for our fantastic Getting Started with VerticalResponse demos that are every Tuesday at 10 am Pacific. You can see upcoming dates in the calendar of events and register by clicking on the links.

Oooh oooh, I think I should have put those questions in the forum section, yes? Sorry. I'm clueless.

Okay, one more thing. Since I send a weekly email to clients, I want the template design to stay the same each week and only the content to change. Can I save the template I've created somewhere or do I have to start from scratch each time? Thanks.

I'm wildly green to this email marketing gig, lime green actually. Can I personalize my weekly emails to clients? Meaning, can their names appear in the greeting automatically off the mailing list? How?
