I'm wondering if anyone has an example of a detailed marketing plan for the use of social media (to launch a new product or service). I'm interested to see how the various social media sites are specifically used in a campaign. Anyone?
Thanks. Larry Kirsch (I'm working to add a photo of me)

Anybody had success getting a traditional offline business to start list building. I have a client that papers the neighborhood with junk mail every week (newsprint mailer with specials and coupons) and they claim to be "green." I want them to start a loyal customer list that will allow them to reduce the direct mail piece but don't have good ideas on collect the email addresses. I thought about asking them to make it a green campaign - "we'll email you the coupon and put you on a do not mail list to save trees!" Anyone had experience doing this for their own business?

Thanks to everyone who joined the webinar! We'll post the recorded version early next week, and try to answer all the questions that went unanswered during the Q&A.
