Yes, indeed, you can get this level of reporting with VR. To see exactly who open, clicked, at what specific time and how many clicks, etc. you'll want to follow these steps:

I've looked around the Forum, and so far I've only found requests for what I need - haven't found news on what VR is planning. Let's see if you can help, or maybe come up with a workaround. Our company has multiple types of emails we send out. I'm sure that's common. We have a monthly newsletter, periodic announcements, and a few topical areas of interest. I'd like our recipients to be able to specify which types of email they'd like to receive from us. This could mean a profile manager, multisubject (list) opt-in forms with checkboxes, and unsubscribing from one list and not all lists (or all of the above). Can you help with a VR update on this feature request as well as with a few workarounds that others may have used? Thanks much!
Hi Christina, Who at VR can I talk with about making our email marketing more successful? We have a lot of bounced email and feel vr could be blocked by many ISPs. Thanks, Rob
