Would like to be able to send autoresponder sequential emails after someone signs up for our mailing list. Can that be accomplished instead with the SalesForce integration with VR?

VR does have its own reporting suite but we're not quite at the point where we can display who clicked what at what time online. All of this information is available for download into a CSV file where you can see each and every recipient...

I've looked around the Forum, and so far I've only found requests for what I need - haven't found news on what VR is planning. I left this for Christina as well, but I realized you're probably the right person for my inquiry. Let's see if you can help, or maybe come up with a workaround. Our company has multiple types of emails we send out. I'm sure that's common. We have a monthly newsletter, periodic announcements, and a few topical areas of interest. I'd like our recipients to be able to specify which types of email they'd like to receive from us. This could mean a profile manager, multisubject (list) opt-in forms with checkboxes, and unsubscribing from one list and not all lists (or all of the above). Can you help with a VR update on this feature request as well as with a few workarounds that others may have used? Thanks much!
How long away is automatic list updates? Currently we are having to create 12 new segmented lists on a monthly basis. We receive a large number of leads on a daily basis via Salesforce web-to-lead, is there not an easier way to sync our CRM?
