I'm working on a document for small business, sort of an intake if you will that lets them self evaluate, "Is socmed right for my business." Don't know if it will help, but I'll trade your for the strategic plan if you get your hands on one. I do have a good resource to refer you to, a gentleman I consulted with earlier this year.
