Kiersti, I'm seeing this with Outlook 2003, Gmail, and Yahoo! Mail so far. Definitely worries me since I don't know which of my recipients are actually receiving the HTML version of the newsletter. Thanks, Ramona

Hi, Kiersti, I would like to know why some ISPs or mail services appear to distribute VR-created email newsletters as text instead of HTML. I'm still having trouble with this and can't figure out what could be causing it. Thanks!
