Hi Walt,

The Lounge isn't limited to VR customers -- it's a community for small business owners, non-profit coordinators and marketing professionals; many members are long-standing VR customers, some are just getting started with VR and others are "kicking the tires."

You're right -- the Lounge is a ning-based community.

As for a drip marketing system -- how do you envision that?
